Power supply reserve for Shinshilka pet store in Kharkiv

Naturally, such infrastructure requires a reliable power supply. Veterinary medicines and some types of animal feed require temperature control during storage. And sales in the online store and in the retail network depend on the office. In order to prevent the threat of power outages at the office and warehouse, the Customer requested an open-type diesel power plant with automatic backup (ATS) and fuel tank heating function (optional as standard). A diesel generator set without an all-weather noise-absorbing casing has a more attractive price, but requires a separate room for installation. The customer had a separate room that was suitable in all respects, so the noise from the operating station did not create any problem.

Thus, the choice fell on the DALGAKIRAN DJ27BD diesel generator, which is characterized by high reliability due to the use of the well-proven Badwin diesel engine (France) and the Crompton Graves alternator (India). The nominal power in constant operation is 20 kW (25 kVA), in standby mode – 21 kW (27 kVA). This power is enough to ensure continuous operation of the office and warehouse of the pet store. The fuel consumption of the DJ27BD is extremely low: 3.2 l/h at 50% load, 4.5 l/h at 75% load. The 90-liter fuel tank allows the power plant to operate for more than 24 hours without refueling. An additional advantage of the open-type diesel generator is its “miniature” dimensions – 950x1650x1060 mm. Such an option as the fuel tank heating function will allow the generator to start without any problems in an unheated room even in the harshest winter conditions.
