The equipment of automotive gas filling compressor stations is designed to refuel vehicles with natural gas prepared in accordance with DSTU 27577-2000. The stations are manufactured in the UHL category 1 climatic version according to DSTU 15150 and are designed for operation in the ambient temperature range from minus 40 to plus 400C.
The filling station includes:
- Filter input;
- Inlet valve block with gas metering unit;
- Compressor unit including compressors: 3SGI, 6SGI;
- Low or high pressure gas drying unit;
- The system of automatic condensate drainage through all compression stages into the drainage tank, while the CNG station can be operated without the presence of personnel;
- Gas filling stations and gas accumulators.
It is manufactured in a block-container version for outdoor placement and a frame version (SKID) for placement inside technological premises. It is also available on a chassis as part of mobile CNG stations.
In the absence of electric power at the facility, it is possible to equip it with generators manufactured by Dalgakiran.
