10-Year Warranty Program for Rotary Screw Compressors

The new warranty program covers the entire range of DALGAKIRAN DVK, DVK-D, INVERSYS Plus and TIDY series screw compressors and provides a 10-year warranty for the main compressor element – the screw unit, as well as a 5-year warranty for all components of the compressor system.

10-year warranty program and its terms

The 10-year warranty on the screw unit, together with a 5-year warranty on all compressor components, applies to DALGAKIRAN screw compressors of the above series that were officially delivered to customers after January 1, 2019. To participate in this program, it is necessary to comply with and fulfill all requirements and operating rules during the full term of its validity, the main of which are

• The compressor must be used for the purpose for which it is intended.
• The launch should be carried out by authorized specialists of the Dalgakiran service department.
• The compressor must be operated and maintained in accordance with the original operating instructions and using original spare parts and materials.
• One of the main conditions of the “10-year warranty” is periodic maintenance of the screw compressor equipment, as well as the performance of any repair work directly by Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine, an authorized service center or technical specialists of the customer company who have been previously trained and certified by Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine LLC.

DALGAKIRAN, as a manufacturer, officially guarantees to its customers that the components of the screw compressor equipment are free from defects caused by design errors and defects in materials and will function properly throughout the extended warranty period. At the same time, the Supplier’s responsibility and the scope of the extended warranty period does not cover normal wear and tear of parts (filters, oils, etc.), which are replaced during routine maintenance of compressor units in accordance with the original operating instructions.

As part of the responsibility to the Customer and the 10-year warranty program, the warranty covers the elimination of any factory defect by qualified employees authorized by the Dalgakiran service department. The warranty covers spare parts and labor required to replace/repair defective components. The warranty covers only those defects that are detected during the warranty period.

The supplier shall limit its actions to the replacement of the unit or the repair of the fault (at its discretion) at an authorized service center. However, regular maintenance during the standard and extended warranty periods by an authorized company, using only original spare parts and consumables, is mandatory.

To make a claim under the “10-year Warranty”, you must contact the Dalgakiran representative who supplied the equipment in writing within 8 days from the date of detection of the defect/malfunction. It is necessary to provide all opportunities for Dalgakiran technical specialists to inspect (or diagnose) and eliminate all reported defects and malfunctions.
