Rotary Screw Gas Compressor Stations

Screw gas compressor stations are designed to compress and supply gas to various technological systems. The compressor station based on a screw compressor is manufactured in climatic versions “U”, “UHL”, “HL” category 1 according to GOST 15150 and is designed for operation in the ambient temperature range from minus 40 to plus 45ºС. The choice of the compressor is determined by the gas inlet pressure and capacity.
QSG series rotary screw gas compressors have an extended service life, which allows these compressors to outperform their competitors in this parameter. Thanks to the large diameter of the drive and driven rotors, maximum performance is achieved at low engine speeds.
Many years of experience in compressor head design have resulted in a specially designed rotor, which, combined with specially designed bearings, makes the QSG series compressors durable and easy to use and maintain.

A screw compressor-based compressor station includes a screw compressor, an electric motor, coarse and fine oil filters, a water or air cooling unit, an oil tank, piping, shut-off and control valves, and a remote control panel, assembled on a frame and placed under the frame in a room or in a process unit (container).
