Gorman Rupp pumps for groundwater drainage at Yeristovo GOK

Within the framework of the project, Dalgakiran was tasked with providing Yeristovo GOK with high-quality and reliable pumping equipment capable of uninterrupted and timely pumping of groundwater from the open pit. After a thorough study of the Customer’s technical specifications, Dalgakiran specialists made the optimal decision to supply American diesel and electric Gorman Rupp pumps of the PAH10A60-B series, with a maximum capacity of 1400 m3/h, to Yeristovo Mining. Gorman Rupp self-priming centrifugal pumps have the following advantages: autonomy, low wear and tear of working parts and mechanisms (casing, impeller, seals), increased durability, high head with low power consumption. To start the pumps, a TIDY 15 compressor is used to fill the unit’s cochlea with the pumped medium. The compressor supplies compressed air to the venturi tube, which creates a negative pressure in the pump cavity.
The main goal of Yeristovo Mining is to develop the Yeristovo iron ore deposit and commercialize it, as well as to explore and extract new mineral deposits, process and sell them. Today, the plant is facing a challenging task: to develop an iron ore open pit with a capacity of 28.5 million tons of crude ore per year in a short time. In these conditions, the availability of reliable and durable equipment becomes the number one requirement and the key to the successful solution of the tasks set for Yeristovo GOK.
Thanks to the joint project, Yeristovo Mining and Processing Plant now has high-quality, high-performance and reliable universal pumping units in its arsenal, which guarantee uninterrupted operation of equipment in the process of draining the iron ore pit, reducing financial costs due to the durability of the pumps and their minimal maintenance.
Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine LLC is your reliable partner in the field of pumping and compressor equipment! We are always ready for new projects of any complexity and for new mutually beneficial cooperation!
