Blowers for PJSC Slavic Wallpaper

In the production of wallpapers intended for rooms where the walls may be exposed to moisture, the surface of the wallpaper is covered with environmentally friendly waterproof latexes. The latexes create a glossy film that ensures high durability of the outer coating.

Water-resistant latexes are applied on a special painting machine using low-pressure compressed air.

The wallpaper is continuously fed by special drums, and a layer of waterproof latex is applied to the wallpaper surface. Uniformity of latex application and layer thickness is achieved by supplying compressed air. The amount of compressed air is determined by the size of the nozzles, which in turn depend on the type of wallpaper and the latex used.

The blowers previously operating on this line no longer met the requirements of technological processes and new standards. To solve this problem, PJSC Slavic Wallpaper – KFTP invited specialists from Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine.

After a series of measurements and calculations, the EL45/2P blower was selected. The blower was selected in such a way that in case of changes in the required amount of compressed air, it is possible to change the blower’s performance. The blower was put into operation in January 2014 and fully meets the compressed air needs of the production lines.
