A representative client is UDK

UDK is one of the leading manufacturers of autoclaved aerated concrete products in Ukraine. The company was founded in 2007 in the city of Dnipropetrovs’k, simultaneously with the start of construction of a plant equipped with modern technological equipment for the production of aerated concrete blocks. The first batch of products from the Dnipropetrovs’k plant appeared on the Ukrainian market at the end of 2009. Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine was one of the suppliers responsible for the selection, delivery, supervision and commissioning of peripheral industrial equipment. Our company supplied an air treatment system and two DVK 75 compressors to the aerated concrete production. Like the original equipment of the plant and its products, our equipment fully complies with all European quality standards. Autoclaved aerated concrete producers have signed a service agreement with Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine. For all four years of the plant’s operation, no complaints have been received about our company’s equipment. “We supplied standard compressors to the UDK GAZBETON plant as standard complete with an air treatment system. Since the start of production, our equipment has been working steadily,” said Andriy Ogar, manager of the Dnipro branch of Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine. – “We can say that this plant is one of our exemplary customers, where the technology and modes of equipment use are strictly observed. In return, it shows its best side – it works reliably and efficiently.”

In April 2012, the production capacity of UDK increased. However, the safety margin of our compressor equipment allowed us to reconfigure the output of the units and cope with the increased load.
