Oxygen generator for the pharmaceutical company “Zdorovye”

When in 2008 Zdorovye decided to introduce technologies at its production facility that meet the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2008 and the relevant parameters of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), the management turned to Dalgakiran, a leading supplier of environmentally friendly, inexpensive and reliable industrial equipment.

This is how we met pharmacists. Therefore, when the factory purchased a new technological line for the production of medicines in ampoules, which required special equipment, the natural decision of the pharmaceutical factory’s management was to turn to a well-known supplier who had proven himself.

“At first, Kharkiv residents did not know that they needed oxygen,” says Leonid Irin, manager of Dalgakiran. – “Their task was to organize sterile sealing of ampoules, and they asked me simply about a unit for producing air with special parameters. But when they looked at the technical conditions for the production of ampoules according to GMP, it turned out that they needed to seal the ampoules at a high temperature. Oxygen of a certain purity could create the required temperature. This was provided by the OXYMAT generator.”

High-quality equipment solves problems for a long time

Pharmaceutical production requires special precision in all areas. Therefore, the work of technologists here cannot be called easy. But one problem has been completely resolved. The oxygen generator supplied by Dalgakiran has been operating without maintenance for 4 years. Then the molecular sieve in the generator needs to be replaced, and it is ready to produce oxygen again.

The days when we had to order special transportation for the supply of oxygen cylinders are now a technological thing of the past. Despite the slightly higher cost of the oxygen generators provided by Dalgakiran, compared to their Ukrainian counterparts, the reliability, trouble-free operation and quality of OXYMAT more than pay for the resources spent.

Kharkiv pharmacists also appreciated the automation of the air separation unit. This is another plus that has reduced the impact of the human factor and thus increased the reliability of the entire line of ampoule medicines.
