Robuschi blowers for Teplovodoservice

Another project to replace energy-intensive equipment used in the process of biological sewage treatment was implemented by Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine specialists at the wastewater treatment plant of the housing and communal services company Teplovodoservice in Krasnopavlivka village (Kharkiv region). The design capacity of Teplovodoservice’s wastewater treatment plant is 4,000 cubic meters of wastewater per day. A 2AF57E52S blower (with a 30 kW electric motor) was used for aeration of wastewater in the aeration tanks. As of 2016, the amount of incoming wastewater decreased by 10 times and did not exceed 400 cubic meters of wastewater per day. The mismatch between the amount of compressed air supplied to the aeration tanks and the actual demand of the treatment plant led to energy overconsumption and, ultimately, to financial losses for the company. As a result, there was a need to replace the energy-intensive equipment, which was implemented in November 2016.

Employees of Teplovodoservis turned to Dalgakiran to buy a blower for biological sewage treatment of the settlement. The company’s specialists have selected an economical blower that provides the treatment plant with compressed air in the amount required for cleaning. The EL 35/2P blower (with a 7.5 kW electric motor) by Robuschi TM was put into operation at the water and sewage treatment plant. The delivery was made by the Kharkiv branch of Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine. After the blower was installed, the service department specialists performed commissioning and training of Teplovodoservice personnel on the operation of the new equipment free of charge. The water and sewerage specialists were pleasantly surprised by the ease of installation and maintenance of the blower.
