Entering the big road – diesel screw compressors for construction and road works

Previously, there were no units to meet the needs of road builders in the company’s catalog.

Expanding the line of diesel screw compressors is a natural stage in the development of Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine. Now the company’s arsenal includes specialized units with an air flow pressure of up to 12 Bar and an output capacity of up to 10 m³/min. Pneumatic tools are used in road and industrial construction to demolish building structures made of durable building materials, to loosen hard and frozen soil, to punch holes in brick walls of buildings, to break ice, etc. As a rule, all pneumatic tools for construction are equipped with screw or reciprocating compressors or compressor stations, a special requirement for which is the autonomy of the compressor. The availability of diesel power makes the compressor from Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine autonomous and resistant to harsh operating conditions, which is especially important for companies that build highways in remote areas.

“For us, companies engaged in construction and road works represent a new market where we have not been present before,” said Vitaly Panchenko, Head of Compressor Equipment Department. – “When making the decision to expand the line of compressor equipment, the management of our company was guided by the requirements for pneumatic tools in the Road Construction Department of the capital. Focusing on the requirements of builders to ensure the quality of compressed air, diesel screw compressors can be equipped with a moisture separator, as well as compressed air filters of various degrees of purification. Mobile compressors are often operated in harsh climatic conditions, so the kit can include various adaptation packages for severe weather conditions.
