Celebrating the 10th anniversary of Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine

On August 15-16 ,Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine celebrated its tenth anniversary. It was decided to hold the solemn event for the company’s employees, partners and friends on the shore of the Kyiv Sea in the country hotel and restaurant complex “Gintama Breeze”. Two-storey cottages immersed in a pine forest, a well-groomed embankment, clean air, incessant birds’ chirping and “sea” space immersed the guests in the holiday atmosphere from the first minutes.

After a barbecue lunch in the open air, the first giftfrom Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine was a real sailing regatta. The guests dressed in vests, divided into crews, were instructed on how to work with sails and took their places on the yachts waiting for them in the harbor, reaching them on inflatable rafts.

The yachts were of the same class, which put the racing participants on an equal footing. Everything went “in an adult way”: familiarization with the rules of the competition, studying the route plan, drawing lots … In total, 10 yachts took part in the race, each of which our desperate crews, rushing into battle, were under the careful supervision of instructor captains.

The sailing race turned out to be one of the best tests of the readiness ofDalgakiran Compressor Ukraine employees for teamwork. When changing tacks, moving from side to side, opening on the trapeze, the crew requires a high degree of coordination, which cannot be achieved without the ability of team members to hear and understand each other, to act as a single organism – an important requirement not only in sailing but also in business. And the members of the largeDalgakiran family did not disappoint, passing the difficult test with flying colors.

Of course, as in every race, someone came first (taking the cup and a gold medal) and someone came last (earning a commemorative diploma), but the few hours spent under the warm sun and snow-white sails, surrounded by waves and seagulls, will remain in the memory of all the participants for a long time.

In the evening, the celebration continued with a magnificent gala dinner hosted by the famous Ukrainian showman and TV presenter Gennady Popenko.

A round of applause accompanied the opening remarks by Vyacheslav Dinkov, Director of Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine, and the presentation of commemorative wristwatches with the company logo to all guests.

The tenth anniversary of the Ukrainian company coincided with the half-century anniversary of the parent companyDalgakiran Turkey, on behalf of which the company’s president, Ayhan Dalgakiran, delivered congratulations and advice.

Also, the head of the Moscow representative office of the parent company Dalgakiran, Nikolay Dunayev, made a welcoming speech, whose team, while creating a solid foundation for Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine, shared their skills and a huge amount of knowledge and skills gained over the years.

Throughout the unforgettable evening, the toasts of guests and employees were interspersed with fun contests and quizzes, witty jokes from the host and excellent live music from one of Kyiv’s best cover bands, Retro-band Holiday (no backing tracks, no backing tracks, no backing tracks).

High-quality music, excellent cuisine, and a friendly atmosphere helped to put the guests on the same page, giving employees the opportunity to get to know each other better, discuss difficult work issues in an informal setting, and generally have a great time.

The dinner and dance program lasted until late at night, ending under the bright Ukrainian stars reflected in the endless width of the Dnipro River.
