In the production of plastic, rubber, plastic or foam products, chemical reactions occur that generate a significant amount of “excess” heat.
The solution to this problem – cooling the working units to comply with the technology – was entrusted to the refrigeration engineers of Dalgakiran.
The experts suggested installing a condenserless chiller with two independent refrigeration circuits based on two screw compressors, with fully automatic control and regulation depending on the load.
The total cooling capacity of the Dalgakiran chillers supplied by Ergopack exceeds 400 kW, and it is quite easy to control the system. The control panel of the unit provides basic information about the operation of the device. On a digital monitor, the operator can monitor the inlet and outlet temperatures, record the operating time of the compressor and pump, and note errors in the operation of the device. The automation panel contains sensors and relays, the data from which is processed by the controller to ensure optimal operation of the equipment.
It is impossible to burn
The main advantage of the chillers used at Ergopack is the unique consumer properties that distinguish Dalgakiran from competitors’ chillers with similar output parameters. These are reliable operation of the unit, compactness of the station with high cooling capacity and low energy consumption.
However, the main feature of Dalgakiran chillers is the automatic control system of the refrigeration machine. During operation, the storage device records all deviations in the unit’s operation: voltage surges, coolant flow rate, temperature changes, compressor operation, refrigerant pressure and temperature control, etc.
In the event of an emergency, the automation either finds the optimal operating mode of the refrigerator or, if the conditions are critical for continued operation, simply shuts down the refrigerator with a subsequent indication and message on the controller display about the emergency.
If the operating conditions do not change and do not meet the specified operating parameters, and the operator continues to try to connect the equipment, then after several switching on and off, the controller will put the cooling system in a complete shutdown mode. In this case, even after the accident is eliminated, the operator will not be able to put the unit into operation by pressing the “start” button.
A record of the reasons for the failure and interference with the device will be saved in the system memory. “Only a refrigeration specialist can reset and reconnect the cooling system.
