DALGAKIRAN Inversys 22 Plus Compact compressor to increase the production capacity of the bottling line at the Bolgrad winery

DALGAKIRAN compressors are widely used in the food industry of Ukraine, in particular in winemaking. Recently, to increase the production capacity of the bottling line at a modern winery – Bolgrad Winery, PJSC “Kharchovik” – a new powerful compressor of the Inversys Plus Compact series has started its service.

Most Ukrainians are familiar with the Bolgrad brand, which is represented by sparkling, dry, semi-sweet and dessert wines, cognac and vermouth. The winery’s products can be found in every supermarket in the country, which is a testament to the brand’s well-deserved popularity.

This year, the winery not only managed to maintain the level of production, but also to increase its volume. The increase in production capacity and plans for further development of the enterprise require the use of more powerful and energy-efficient compressor equipment.

It is worth noting that the company had previously installed a DALGAKIRAN compressor to provide compressed air to the nitrogen plant. Taking into account the positive experience of its operation, PJSC “Kharchovik” turned to our branch in Odesa with a request for the selection of new compressor equipment.

Taking into account the customer’s wishes regarding the prospects for further production growth, Dalgakiran specialists offered a new frequency-controlled compressor – Inversys 22 Plus Compact.

Now the company is successfully operating them:

• For the bottling line, we used a Dalgakiran Inversys 22 Plus Compact frequency-driven screw compressor. This is the most modern model in the series, which first rolled off the assembly line this year. Frequency control of performance, a Premium Efficiency motor and direct drive can significantly reduce energy consumption. Its performance is sufficient not only for current needs but also for future production growth.
• For the nitrogen station, we used a Dalgakiran Tidy 20 Compact screw compressor. This series of compressors is actually a ready-made all-in-one solution – a compressor in a noise-insulated housing with a filter and air dryer mounted on a receiver. A compact, reliable and economical solution.

The company’s specialists carried out delivery, installation and commissioning.

Thus, today the compressor equipment is already in operation at the enterprise and meets the compressed air needs of production lines. The regional service center in Odesa is responsible for technical support and maintenance of the compressors.
