Power in action: 10 MW of energy independence for a manufacturing plant

Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine has successfully implemented another large-scale project: four gas generators with a capacity of 2.5 MW each were installed and commissioned at one of the leading Ukrainian manufacturing enterprises, which together provide 10 MW of autonomous electricity.

Energy that works for results

The customer, a large enterprise with a continuous production cycle, contacted us with a request to create a stable, cost-effective and environmentally friendly power source. In an environment of unstable power supply, it is critical to have an independent power source that guarantees uninterrupted operation of equipment and no downtime.

Dalgakiran’s specialists provided:

  • Selection of equipment that meets the specifics of production;
  • Comprehensive delivery and installation of generators;
  • Setup and commissioning;
  • Integration into the existing power system of the enterprise;
  • Staff training and service support.

The equipment we have installed is characterized by high efficiency, low CO₂ emissions and economical operation. Compared to their diesel counterparts, gas generators provide a cheaper cost per kilowatt and a lower environmental footprint.

From project to result – turnkey

This project is an example of a comprehensive turnkey approach, where our team takes care of all stages of implementation, from engineering support to final launch. After commissioning, the generator set operates in automatic mode, providing reliable power even at peak loads.

Thanks to the installed gas generators, the company received:

  • Independence from external electricity suppliers;
  • Optimization of energy costs;
  • Improving the safety of production processes;
  • Reducing emissions into the atmosphere;
  • Guaranteed stable operation 24/7.

Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine is not just a supplier of equipment, but your reliable partner in solving the most complex energy problems. Do you have a similar request? Contact us – together we will find a solution that works.
