New chiller for the air conditioning system of the 5-storey building of the Antoshka shopping center

With more than 40 stores, Antoshka is a recognized leader in the Ukrainian children’s goods market. Back in 1997, with the opening of its first store, the company offered its customers an unexpectedly innovative format based not only on the widest possible range of products for children, but also on playful communication with parents and their children. High standards of customer service, among other things, require maintaining a comfortable temperature in the stores.

It’s no secret that in the summer season there is an increased demand for the services of companies that provide refrigeration maintenance. Therefore, before the onset of the hot season, it is important to make sure that the cooling equipment, including industrial climate systems, is in good working order.

Due to the breakdown of a chiller used in the air conditioning system in the building of the Antoshka shopping center in Odesa, representatives of the Client’s company contacted Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine for its diagnostics and repair. After the diagnostics, Dalgakiran engineers concluded that it was not feasible to restore the existing chiller, and therefore the Customer decided to purchase and install new equipment.

The main condition of the project was to perform all the work on a turnkey basis (dismantling the old chiller, supplying new equipment, installation work, and launch), which our specialists successfully coped with. One of the difficulties was that Antoshko’s store is located in the very center of Odesa – on Greek Square – and the chiller had to be installed on the roof of a 5-storey building. For this purpose, a crane with a 30-meter boom was organized.

The installed DALGAKIRAN chiller was manufactured at a plant in Turkey. Excellent quality, the use of proven European components, an official warranty and a service center in Odesa make this equipment the most competitive in its class. The cooling capacity of the chiller is 236 kW, which is quite enough to ensure a comfortable temperature in the premises of the Antoshka store and on all floors of the mall.
