Comprehensive supply of compressed air for production at Elworthy JSC

Elworthy Joint Stock Company is a Ukrainian agricultural machinery company based in the city of Kropyvnytskyi. Today, it is the largest specialized manufacturer of high-tech sowing and tillage equipment in the former Soviet Union. The plant’s main products include seeders, cultivators, disk harrows, and plant protection equipment based on the latest technologies.

As part of the modernization program, the company regularly updates and expands its material and technical base. Since 2012, Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine has been a strategic partner of the plant as a supplier of compressor and industrial refrigeration equipment.

The plan for the development and expansion of production at Elworthy is based on the introduction of advanced technologies using the latest production equipment. This includes the equipment supplied by Dalgakiran.

For example, many lathes and other CNC (computer numerical control) machines work together with Tidy 10, 15 and 20 Compact screw compressors. And the equipment for plasma metal cutting is supplied with prepared compressed air from Tidy 7 Compact compressors. Metal is cut using plasma formed by passing compressed air through an electric arc to heat it to a high temperature and ionize it.

In addition, the production facilities of the Elworthy plant have an extensive pneumatic network that provides compressed air supply at various stages of the technological cycle. This includes the operation of presses, stamping equipment, and the powder coating line.

To ensure uninterrupted production capacity, the plant’s compressor room is equipped:

• The most powerful screw compressor in the DALGAKIRAN model line is the DVK 430, which operates non-stop;
• Inversys 90 Plus variable frequency compressor;
• refrigerator-type compressed air dryers.

Along with compressor equipment, Elvorti uses a DALGAKIRAN DNG-250 nitrogen gas generator for the process that requires an oxygen-free environment.

All equipment supplied by Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine is covered by an official warranty and is subject to warranty and post-warranty maintenance.
