When choosing a city to build the plant, the company’s management opted for Zolotonosha, a small district center in the Cherkasy region.

The choice of location was determined by both the convenient location of the settlement in terms of logistics (Kyiv-Dnipropetrovsk highway, railroad and relative proximity to the Black Sea ports) and the availability of a sufficient number of free laborers.

An important factor was the region’s developed sugar industry, as sugar is one of the main components of everyone’s favorite drink, MacCoffee (three-in-one) instant coffee.

When designing the production lines for packaging coffee and tea, the company’s engineers took into account, not least, the company’s need for a sufficient volume of high-quality compressed air required for the smooth operation of the equipment. When selecting the parameters of the compressor units, they were guided not only by performance parameters, but also by the optimal price-quality ratio. This screw compressor delivers up to 3750 liters of air per minute and a maximum pressure of 7.5 bar. At the same time, the compressor’s performance meets the conditions of FAD (ISO 1217 rev. 4, Annex C) – that is, the actual characteristics fully correspond to its passport data. The unit itself is characterized by its small dimensions (a very valuable factor in a limited workshop area) and low noise.
