The pinnacle of fish technology

The needs of the largest fish and seafood processing plant in Ukraine, with an area of 4,500m2, required a range of compressors of different capacities. Two Tidy 7 units were installed at the wastewater treatment plant and perform the aeration function. Tidy 15 and Tidy30 compressors operate directly on the plant’s production line, providing compressed air to various production mechanisms. The choice of the Tidy range was influenced by the advantages of these compressors: a small installation area, good compressed air quality and minimal maintenance costs. The multi-level engine protection system and the presence of an overpressure relief system are complemented by the function of increased noise protection, which is important for the comfort of the company’s employees. In addition, all screw compressors supplied by Dalgakiran have been tested for compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, Rostest, TSE, TUV, Lloyd, Bureau Veritas, and Rosstandard, and the high quality of assembly ensures increased uptime. The Tidy model is characterized by higher performance at the same capacity as compressors from other manufacturers. In addition, the new rotor profile of Dalgakiran screw compressors with reduced exhaust reduces the need for torque, which means less energy consumption. Thus, the equipment from Dalgakiran contributed to further increase the plant’s productivity. Now the International Seafood Group enterprise produces more than 100 thousand tons of fish products per year. It is possible that in the near future, products made from indigenous varieties of Ukrainian fish, such as pike perch, goby, pelengas, crucian carp, bream and kalkan, will be available on store shelves. MGM presented these new fish products at the last specialized exhibition of Ukrainian fish and seafood producers.
