BackDALGAKIRAN Inversys compressor stations for Vinnytsia poultry farm
In April 2018, the list of successfully completed projects of Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine LLC was supplemented by another one – the timely delivery of three compressor stations to the Vinnytsia Poultry Farm (MHP, Nasha Ryaba). The right to participate in the project was granted to Dalgakiran thanks to the tender won at the end of 2017.
Among the numerous competitors who equally applied for this order, preference was given to Dalgakiran for several reasons. The main one is that since 2012, 6 of our compressors (Inversys 75 – 4 units, Inversys 55 – 2 units) installed at the 1st stage of Vinnytsia Poultry Farm have proven to be high-quality, reliable and efficient units that have operated around the clock for more than 5 years and have accumulated more than 40,000 operating hours.
The tender for the supply of the next batch of compressor equipment was announced in connection with the launch of the second stage of the Main Production Complex of Vinnytsia Poultry Farm and the increase in production capacity. Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine LLC fulfilled all contractual obligations under the announced tender in full, supplying the Customer with the second batch of compressor stations (Inversys 110 – 4 units, Inversys 75 – 3 units, Inversys 55 – 2 units, DBP series air dryers, DryAir DK series) intended to provide the main process equipment and instrumentation and control devices.
Vinnytsia Poultry Farm LLC is part of the domestic agro-industrial holding Myronivsky Hliboproduct (MHP), which specializes in the production of meat and meat and sausage products, growing grain crops, producing chicken and other agricultural activities. The poultry farm was founded in June 2011, and by 2014 it had already reached 100% of its production capacity.
Today, the company is the largest poultry farm in Europe with the world’s largest hatchery, which, thanks to modern equipment and the use of innovative technologies, operates two production lines with a total capacity of 27,000 birds per hour, and the actual production of meat products per year is 277,803 tons. In the context of continuous and intensive production processes at Vinnytsia Poultry Farm, the task of a high-quality compressor equipment fleet is a priority, and Dalgakiran has been solving it perfectly over the past few years.
The success of this project, in which the project managers – Project Manager Vadim Sled on behalf of the Customer and Sales Market Expansion Manager Yevgeny Sergienko on behalf of Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine LLC – played an important role, further strengthened our company’s leadership position in the Ukrainian market as a reliable and responsible supplier of compressor equipment.
