DALGAKIRAN compressor equipment in the gas cleaning system at Burshtyn and Trypillia TPPs

DEMZ-ENGINEERING, a company engaged in the design and manufacture of industrial gas cleaning systems, held a tender to select a compressor equipment supplier for the implementation of projects to introduce bag filters at Burshtyn and Tripillya TPPs. As a result, Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine LLC was selected as the main supplier of compressor equipment for the company’s projects.
One of the most important components that determine the efficiency of bag filters is the compressed air supply system. It is known that compressed air is one of the most expensive energy carriers, so the choice of a compressor supplier largely determines the energy consumption of filtering plants. Another important factor for DEMZ-ENGINEERING is the reliability of the equipment and the quality of the components included in the delivery, because the bag filters used at thermal power plants are designed for continuous operation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. A one-minute pressure drop or an increase in the dew point of compressed air in the network creates a risk of failure of the entire equipment complex.
The next important element for DEMZ-ENGINEERING is the availability of developed service support for compressor equipment throughout Ukraine. Preference was given to the representative offices of compressor equipment manufacturers as the most reliable partners in the long term.

Based on the above conditions, including the cost of equipment and delivery time, a tender was held in which more than 10 companies took part. After a detailed study of the proposals, Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine LLC was selected as the main supplier of compressor equipment.

The supplied compressor equipment was equipped with main filters, valves and other shut-off valves. The equipment is currently in operation, fully meeting the demand for compressed air.
