DALGAKIRAN compressor equipment for Novokramatorsk Machine-Building Plant

In 2019, Dalgakiran completed the supply of compressor equipment to PJSC Novokramatorsk Machine-Building Plant, one of the largest custom heavy engineering plants in Ukraine and the world. The quality of the company’s products is confirmed by the wide geography of deliveries – 79 countries successfully use mining, metallurgical, forging and pressing and other specialized equipment from NKMZ. The high quality standards of the equipment manufactured require the use of reliable and energy-efficient equipment, including compressors.

PJSC NKMZ approached Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine with a request to participate in a tender for the supply of compressors and dryers to implement a large-scale project to switch from a centralized air supply to the placement of compressors with air treatment directly in the workshops. It was important to select equipment with the capacity and performance to meet the production needs for compressed air for all technological processes. To solve the task set by the client, Dalgakiran specialists chose Inversys Plus, DVK and Tidy series screw compressors.

DALGAKIRAN screw compressors are the equipment with the highest energy efficiency in their power range, developed using unique technical solutions from DALGAKIRAN. For example, one of the features of the Inversys Plus series compressors is the presence of a frequency converter, thanks to which the drive speed is adjusted depending on the current production needs for compressed air. This significantly reduces energy consumption in the production and supply of compressed air. And their use in conjunction with less expensive compressors (DVK and Tidy series) without frequency control of performance can significantly reduce the payback period of compressor equipment.

As part of the tender, NKMZ received 21 compressors with a capacity of 7.5 to 160 kilowatts and a capacity of 1.15 to 28.2^m3/min. Most of them have already been put into operation, and the rest of the equipment is being prepared for installation and commissioning this year.

The specialists of Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine continue to work within the framework of cooperation with PJSC NKMZ, participating in all stages of the project implementation: from the selection of compressor equipment to its installation, commissioning and maintenance. This approach allows us to ensure correct and uninterrupted operation of compressors at the Customer’s production.
