Cooling system for yogurt production at Danone Kremez

Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine took part in a project to provide a yogurt production line with a cooling system for the Danone Kremez plant (Kremenchuk, Poltava region). Thus, in May 2019, together with a partner – the engineering company Limik LLC – a project was successfully implemented, within the framework of which a cooling system for yogurt cooling cells was supplied to the Danone Kremez dairy plant (Kremenchuk City Dairy Plant), which includes EMICON RAE 1401 Kc low-temperature chiller (with built-in hydraulic module and dispatching board); LU VE F50HCW liquid air coolers. The supplied cooling system was integrated into the overall plant dispatching system.

Danone Kremez Private Joint Stock Company is a part of Danone Ukraine, which is the Official Representative Office of the French manufacturer Danone throughout Ukraine. Danone is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of food and dairy products for adults and children, founded in October 1919 in Barcelona (Spain) and headquartered in Paris.

The concern’s plants, which number close to two hundred, produce products that are exported to 130 countries. In turn, the domestic company Danone Ukraine entered the market in 1998 and specializes in the production of dairy products and baby food. The company owns such well-known brands as Danissimo, Activia, Nutrilon, Rastishka, Zhyvinka, Malyuk, Prostokvashino, etc. All Danone Ukraine products are manufactured at two Ukrainian plants: Danone Kremez (Kremenchuk) and Danone Dnipro (Kherson).

Danon Kremez PrJSC is a modern enterprise with a closed production cycle, high-tech equipment and a maximum production capacity of 112 thousand tons of dairy and fermented milk products per year. The joint project implemented by Dalgakiran and Limik allowed our new customer to increase the efficiency of the production processes responsible for the production of yogurt, as well as the quality of the final product.

The Italian energy-efficient air-cooled chillers EMICON RAE Kc are used for outdoor installation and are designed to cool medium and small systems. These chillers are equipped with 1-2 cooling circuits, depending on the cooling capacity, have compact dimensions, a sufficient number of options, and low noise.
