Back at the beginning of the 2008 crisis, the management of Brovary Building Structures Plant thought about cost-saving measures.

Given the fierce competition in the industry, where the plant’s management has 45 years of successful experience, it was decided to invest in new equipment for the production of structures made of reinforced concrete and perlite. Dalgakiran offered the best solution to reduce costs and increase production productivity.

As a result of the commissioning of the new compressor equipment, the output of finished products increased by 33% and electricity consumption was halved. But that’s not all. Switching from outdated reciprocating compressors to modern screw compressors allowed the customer to abandon water cooling.

Accordingly, the cost of the equipment has been reduced, and the foremen on the site are no longer nervous. They are no longer worried about leaking cooling pipelines, and the pipeline itself has already been sold for scrap.

Understanding trends spurs development

The Brovary Plant of Building Structures would not have been one of the most successful construction companies in the Kyiv region if its management had not listened to the advice of compressor specialists. Dalgakiran’s units have the ability to apply recuperation, i.e., the use of heat from equipment operation, for example, to heat water in showers.

“When we first installed and launched our compressors, there was no question of using the ‘extra’ heat for the plant’s needs,” said Evgeniy Sergienko, a leading specialist in the Kyiv compressor equipment department. – “Now we are already considering proposals for the supply of additional equipment that will utilize all the capabilities of our screw compressors.

It is also worth noting that, in addition to the most noticeable benefits from the use of our units, the management of the construction plant noted the “secondary” effect of Dalgakiran equipment:
