11 years of cooperation with Ellipse Company

Belgorod-Dnistrovsky (Odesa region) company Ellipse, a member of the PackGroup group of companies, started its operations in 1988. From the very beginning and to this day, it has been developing and manufacturing polymeric containers (bottles, jars, containers), packaging and closures. Its main customers are companies in the perfumery and cosmetics, pharmaceutical, medical, agricultural, food and chemical industries.

The company manufactures its products in class C and D premises (premises for the medical industry) using modern technological equipment.

Improving its production in terms of energy efficiency and reliability, in 2007 Ellipse entered into an agreement with Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine to supply a wide range of equipment for compressed air production, dehumidification, and industrial cooling systems.

During the period of cooperation from 2007 to 2017 inclusive, our company has delivered and launched the following equipment:

• DVK 100 compressor (DALGAKIRAN, Turkey) is an air screw compressor considered one of the best in its class;
• The DVK 180 D compressor (DALGAKIRAN, Turkey) is a powerful air screw compressor with a direct drive;
• Tidy 40B compressor (DALGAKIRAN, Turkey) – a compact screw compressor of medium capacity;
• PET PLUS 40 and PET PLUS 60 booster compressors (DALGAKIRAN, Turkey) are reciprocating booster compressors specially designed for PET container production;
• DK 140 dehumidifier (DALGAKIRAN, Turkey) – for drying compressed air, characterized by low power consumption;
• RAE 3802 Kc chiller (EMICON, Italy) – designed to cool water from the air conditioning system of industrial buildings;
• GRS 200 chiller (Angara, Turkey) – designed to cool water used in technological processes in the production of plastics, food, industry, and metalworking;
• chillers EBHV 70.1 – 2 pcs. (Hangar, Turkey) – designed to cool water used in technological processes and air conditioning systems, Bitzer units (Germany) are used as compressors;
• dry cooling tower “LU-VE” XAL9K 2923 B V 6VENT (LU-VE Contardo, Italy) – for cooling process water with air.

The supplied equipment has proven itself well at other enterprises, and we have no doubt that it will prove its worth at Ellipse Company and will reduce production costs, which means that it will make the customer’s products even more attractive in terms of price.
