Piston Compressors for the Oil and Gas Industry

Reciprocating compressors developed and manufactured by Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine LLC are designed to support technological processes during the operation of gas compressor units, compress associated petroleum gas when it is pumped into the main pipeline, and are used as booster compressors for pre-compression of natural gas and other stations when operating from gas networks with low inlet pressure.

The compressors are oppositional, horizontal, crosshead, manufactured on two- and four-row bases, with a permitted piston force of 2.5 tons and 6 tons. “explosive and toxic gases” in the climatic version “U” of category 3.1 according to DSTU 15150-69.

Depending on the application, input and output gas parameters, the number of compression stages can be from one to four. The offered range of compressors provides gas compression from an input overpressure of 0.02-5.5 MPa (0.2-55 ^kgf/cm2) to a final pressure of 1.3-24.5 MPa (13-250 ^kgf/cm2) at a capacity of 250 to 3100 ^nm3/hour, normalized to normal conditions. The installed power of electric motors is from 37 to 500 kW.
