DS Series Oil-Free Scroll Compressors (8-10 bar, 160-3400 l/min)

DALGAKIRAN DS series scroll compressors produce completely oil-free compressed air that meets the ISO 8573-1 Class-0 standard. This type of equipment is widely used in industries such as electronics, food processing, pharmaceuticals, as well as in medicine, dentistry and other areas where there are increased requirements for the purity of the compressed air used.

Compressed air is produced by the interaction of two scrolls – a stationary scroll and an eccentrically moving scroll that does not rotate. The movement of the eccentric scroll moves the air, continuously reducing its volume. Due to the absence of friction between the compression elements, the compressed air produced is free of oil and other impurities.
