Containerized Diesel Generator Sets

Dalgakiran, a leader in Ukraine in the supply of industrial diesel generators, offers the development and manufacture of containerized diesel generator sets according to individual customer specifications. In accordance with the customer’s needs, our specialists develop a technical solution, select the necessary equipment and components, manufacture, deliver and launch the power plant at the place of its operation.

By installing the generator and all the necessary systems in a special container, the power plant can be moved between consumers, depending on the customer’s immediate production needs. Containerized power plants can be placed on prepared sites or mounted on wheeled chassis (mobile diesel generator sets – MDGS).

The containerized diesel power plant is equipped with the following basic and additional (optional) equipment:

• An all-weather container with heating, interior, exterior and emergency lighting, noise insulation, and fire extinguishing systems.
• A diesel engine of the required power.
• Alternator with a voltage of 0.4 or 6 kV.
• Fuel tank with fuel level sensor, fuel supply and purification system.
• Electrical cabinets, integrated switchgear, automatic start-up and remote monitoring and control systems.
• Drums with power cables of the required length.
• A truck, trailer or semi-trailer on which the MDGS is mounted.

Dalgakiran Compressor Ukraine has extensive experience in implementing complex projects involving containerized diesel generators, including:

• SE NNEGC Energoatom – manufacture of 12 MDGS with Cummins engines for 10 power units of Khmelnytsky, Zaporizhzhya, Rivne and South Ukrainian NPPs. The total capacity of the delivered mobile diesel generators amounted to 11,000 kVA (8,800 kW).
• PJSC Naftogazvydobuvannya, DTEK – manufacturing, delivery and synchronization of two containerized power plants with Cummins diesel engines with a capacity of 2500 kVA (2150 kW) and a voltage of 6000 V (6 kV).
• PJSC Severny GOK, Metinvest – manufacture of a Cummins engine (550 kVA / 440 kW) for distillation of electric drilling rigs and excavators at the mining and processing plant.
• “ODEK – custom manufacturing of a diesel generatorset DALGAKIRAN DJ 2500 MS with a capacity of 2500 kVA (2 MW) and a voltage of 6300 volts.
• Dniester PSPP – manufacturing and delivery of a 2200 kVA (1760 kW) containerized diesel power plant with a Mitsubishi engine.
• JSC Ukrzaliznytsia – a container power plant with a capacity of 1650 kVA (1320 kW) with a Perkins diesel engine for the needs of the Odesa branch of the company.
• GOK, Turkmenistan – two Cummins containerized power plants with a capacity of 1400 and 2000 kVA (1120 and 1600 kW).
