Dalgakiran DryAir DMD Series Modular Desiccant Compressed Air Dryers

Dalgakiran DryAir DMD industrial adsorption compressed air dryers are designed to remove moisture from compressed air using technology to achieve a dew point of -40°C (optionally down to -70°C).

The DryAir DMD series dehumidifiers have been designed to be low-maintenance and can be installed virtually anywhere. They have a prefabricated design of several sections (2-8 compartments) with a moisture-absorbing adsorbent. The dehumidifiers of this series are quite compact and their dimensions allow them to be installed on the floor and on the walls of production facilities.

The DMD series dryers consist of upper and lower cover assemblies, joined together and made of extruded aluminum with double internal chambers. The top cover assembly contains the inlet and outlet manifolds. The bottom cover assembly contains two outlet valves and a passive pendulum ball valve. During operation, one chamber is open for drying while the other is engaged in regeneration by means of a variable pressure aluminum oxide (PSA) adsorption process.

Each unit is equipped and controlled by an electronic logic controller, equipped with three high-purity main filters, which are installed at the inlet and outlet of the dryer.
