Supporting an environmental initiative: a compressor for aeration of water in the Desna River

Our company is happy to support environmental projects aimed at preserving natural resources and improving ecosystems. Recently, we donated a compressor for water aeration in the Desna River.

Environmental disaster on the Desna River

Due to the aggression of a hostile country, our Desna River has been seriously polluted. The massive discharge of a large volume of polluted wastewater into the river resulted in an environmental disaster, the consequences of which will be felt for a long time. More than 35 tons of fish died due to a sharp deterioration in water quality.

Such disasters have serious consequences not only for the fish fauna, but also for the entire ecosystem balance of the reservoir, which directly affects water quality, animal life, and even people living in the region.

Why is water aeration important?

To restore the river, it was decided to use the method of aeration, which helps to saturate the water with oxygen and helps to normalize biochemical processes. The compressor we donated to this initiative plays an important role in restoring the natural balance in the reservoir and provides favorable conditions for the revival of fish and aquatic organisms.

Our role in preserving the environment
