New product: Dalgakiran DJ-CP Cooper series of gas turbines

Based on many years of experience in supplying power plants in Ukraine, Dalgakiran has developed a special line of equipment that fully meets the needs of the local customer.

Dalgakiran diesel generators of the DJ-CP series compare favorably with all power plants on the market due to their high output characteristics and unique equipment.

The engines used for the production of DJ-CP series power plants were developed with the assistance of the Ricardo design bureau located in the UK. The most advanced technologies were taken as a basis. Due to the fully electronic engine control and CRDi fuel supply system, fuel savings of up to 30% were achieved compared to similar power plants.

The DJ-CP series power plants are the only power plants in Ukraine that can be stably started and operated at ambient temperatures down to -30°C. This is achieved through a set of measures:

• Firstly, 50% of the oil and antifreeze are filled after the equipment is delivered to the warehouse in Kyiv.
• Secondly, to start the power plants, we use VARTA batteries designed to start in severe frosts.
• Thirdly, the power plants are supplied in a unique configuration for the Ukrainian market: in addition to the standard coolant heater, the plant can equip the power plants with glow plugs, air heaters on the turbine suction nozzle and even an alternator winding heater.

Another distinguishing feature is that the consumer receives a very high quality and stable output current due to the use of world-renowned STAMFORD synchronous generators and electronic motor speed controllers.

Due to this, Dalgakiran DJ-CP COOPER series power plants can be safely used in conjunction with uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and for power supply of sensitive electrical equipment.

The noise insulation of the DJ-CP series power plants can be the envy of eminent European manufacturers. After all, noise at a distance of one meter will not exceed 75 dB even at maximum load.

When developing this line of diesel generators, the plant also took into account the quality of local fuels and lubricants. High-quality Fleetguard filter elements were used, as well as a fuel separator with a signal output to the control panel.
