The International Industrial Forum is the largest and only industrial exhibition in Ukraine that brings together manufacturers and suppliers of industrial equipment for various industries under one roof. Compressor equipment is located next to welding equipment, and pumps are located in the same row as manufacturers of machines for precision tool sharpening. Such a “mix” is a unique chance to compare exhibition trends of suppliers from different industrial sectors and your company: what equipment to present, how to present it and what services to emphasize.

Among the companies represented at the exhibition, only four companies presented compressor equipment. Both customers already familiar with our equipment and potential customers came to the Dalgakiran booth to ask about new compressor equipment. “Consumers now require from the supplier not only compressor equipment that provides efficient compression, but also qualified support in the selection of equipment and design, installation and commissioning, and service during the warranty and post-warranty period,” said Sergey Ivanovich Kot, Head of Sales at our company. “There is still a shortage of specialists with a deep understanding of compressor technology. The reduction in the number of companies representing compressor equipment suppliers at the exhibition is a clear indication of this. We are on top of the game in this regard. To meet the requirements of our customers, our company has entered into a distribution agreement with Cameron, a leader in the production of centrifugal compressors.

We are able to offer our customers a full range of air and gas compression equipment. I believe that this is one of Dalgakiran’s strengths and we should continue to maintain our competence at a high level.”

Sergey Pryadko, Head of the Compressed Air Treatment Department, was literally the first to greet all visitors to our stand. He emphasized the importance of an attractive appearance of the exhibition stand. “We have successfully placed a self-priming centrifugal pump on the stand that is working. The constant pumping of bright liquid and low noise level of this device stimulates people’s interest in our equipment.”

Promforum 2012 reflected a steady trend in recent years toward a decline in the number of visitors to industrial exhibitions. Despite this, participation in exhibitions is still important. If earlier the exhibition was a place to promote equipment, now participation in an industrial forum is important for maintaining a high reputation of the company. “Now participation in the exhibition is becoming a targeted image act, a demonstration of reliability and a guarantee of the company’s performance,” said Sergey Ivanovich Kot. – “Participation in exhibitions helps us to improve our communication with customers who have already purchased our products. This allows us to further develop cooperation and offer new models of equipment.” This individual approach to working with industrial equipment consumers allows Dalgakiran to remain one of the leading companies in the supply of industrial equipment.
