Robuschi blowers for Ukrprompostach-95

The company has a wastewater treatment plant built according to a project developed by specialists from the Netherlands. Since 2005, two original ROBUSCHI ES65/2P blowers have been in operation, which were supplied as part of an imported production line. In 2013, the company purchased another ROBUSCHI blower – ES 65/2P – as a backup blower. This time, the blower was delivered by the official representative of ROBUSCHI in Ukraine, Dalgakrian Compressor Ukraine LLC.

The blower is used as a source of compressed air for full biological wastewater treatment. At such facilities, blowers operate around the clock and it is extremely important that the air supply is carried out without failures and interruptions.

The ES 65/2P blower is guaranteed to meet the hourly compressed air demand of 1,018^m3/hour. Thanks to the noise-absorbing hood, the noise level of the blower does not exceed 76 dB, which meets the requirements of sanitary standards and regulations. The blower is adapted for frequency control, which means that the amount of compressed air varies depending on the amount of wastewater. Thus, the company saves energy and thus reduces costs, which allows the products to be competitive in the meat market.
