Most directories of industrial enterprises in Donbass include Horlivka Paper Mill in the “Golden Fund” of the region’s enterprises. The plant’s capacity is up to 20 tons of paper products per day, which makes it one of the leading manufacturers of sanitary products in Ukraine.
