Delivery of Dalgakiran Inversys 200 Plus compressor to Dnipro Coke Plant

At Dneprovsky Coke, our company installed a Dalgakiran Inversys 200 Plus, 7.5 bar oil-filled air compressor, which ideally combines high reliability, confirmed by a 5-year warranty, low specific power consumption and high quality compressed air, free of moisture, oil and dust. It replaced the old compressor, whose performance was not enough to ensure the normal operation of the company’s customers. The capacity of the new compressor can be adjusted depending on the demand in the range from 14 to 37.5^m3/min at the rated pressure.

About the Dalgakiran Inversys 200 Plus compressor

The Dalgakiran Inversys Plus series rotary screw air compressor with variable speed control is designed to operate in the harshest conditions in industrial facilities of all types. Energy-efficient and high-quality components have high wear resistance and provide long maintenance intervals and, therefore, low operating costs.

The Dalgakiran Inversys 200 Plus compressor screw blocks, which are covered by a 10-year warranty, are designed using the latest technologies such as Autodesk CFD (computational fluid dynamics) and FEM (finite element method). A new generation of ball bearing systems with a load-bearing capacity 3 times higher than that of standard designs ensures structural reliability and reduces torque requirements. Together with the use of frequency control of performance, these technologies significantly reduce energy costs.

The Dalgakiran Inversys 200 Plus compressor is equipped as standard with a motor with inverter technology, which has an efficiency class of IE3 (IE4 optional), IP55 protection, and insulation class F. Features of the unit:

• direct drive system;
• removable protective cover;
• oil separation system;
• primary filter made of EU3 microfiber;
• dry air filtration system with a particle trap for particles from 3 microns;
• a full air filtration system with a particle trap for particles up to 10 microns;
• thermostatic valve;
• electrical cabinet with built-in frequency converter;
• Russian-language controller with LCD control panel.

The compressor is equipped with a modern safety system, which includes speed control devices for the main electric motor and cooling fan, an extreme temperature and pressure monitoring system, and an emergency shutdown button.
