Backup diesel generator for Luzanovsky Park residential complex in Odesa

KONA Construction Alliance includes 10 companies engaged in construction, production of building materials, provision of legal services and asset management in Odesa region. KONA is a full-cycle developer – from design work and legal registration to infrastructure creation and building maintenance. Over 18 years in the market, KONA has built 300,000 square meters of housing and is currently creating a new comfort class residential complex, Luzanivskyi Park.

The location of the residential complex will provide maximum comfort for future apartment owners. 400 meters to the equipped beach by the sea, a city park, a hypermarket 100 meters away, a school, a kindergarten, a cinema and concert complex, a pharmacy and bank branches. In addition, there are sports grounds, recreation areas and parking on the territory.

To ensure maximum comfort and safety for the residents of the residential complex, it was decided to install a backup diesel power plant. Heavy snowfalls in winter and strong wind gusts in the coastal zone, which are typical for southern Ukraine, often lead to power line breaks and accidents.

Having assessed the technical requirements of the project, Dalgakiran specialists proposed to install a Dalgakiran DJ 300 RC diesel generator set. Its reserve capacity is 300 kVA, and the nominal capacity is 273 kVA. In the absence of the grid, this generator starts automatically thanks to the ATS (automatic transfer switch) system. Thus, even in the event of a serious accident in the city power grid, heating and hot water provided by the autonomous boiler house of the Luzanovsky Park residential complex will continue to operate without interruption.

To date, the Dalgakiran DJ 300 RC diesel generator has already been delivered to the customer and put into operation.
