3 years of aging for Novosvitsky champagne
A national treasure, Novy Svet champagne became a part of the world’s elite back in the 19th century, winning the Grand Prix at the World Exhibition in Paris in 1900. Since then, Novy Svet champagne has not been replaced on the tables of Russian nobles and the royal family. The technology of the bottle method of production was brought to the Crimea in 1878 by the founder of the winery, Prince L.S. Golitsyn. Few wineries continue to honor the traditions and produce champagne according to the classical French technology. “Novy Svet is one of them. The classical method is still used in production to this day, which allows us to produce wines of very high quality. Even today, true connoisseurs can afford the luxury of indulging in a fine drink – real champagne.
Currently, the company produces 17 brands of champagne and sparkling wines. The company’s current capacity is 1 million bottles of champagne and 600 thousand bottles of sparkling wine per year. It is difficult to move such a volume of bottles. What can we say about moving racks of wine, which, after being bottled, is sent to the company’s cellars for aging? It was this difficult operation that was entrusted to the Dalgakiran machinery. Today, the first batches of bottles delivered by the compressor for maturation are finally sealed. These bottles have already been labeled and are ready to go on sale. The winemakers are now confident that the TIDY 20 screw compressor performs its intermediate transportation task flawlessly. During all three years of operation, the compressor has not received any complaints. After all, the wine has already passed an expert evaluation and received international recognition.
