The perfectly designed, compact RBS compressor unit (air blower, gas blower) with adjustable capacity is mounted on the blower frame. An electric motor is used as a drive in conjunction with an efficient belt drive.

Compliance with modern noise standards – in operation, the noise level of the blower does not exceed 80 dB. This effect was achieved through the use of the latest engineering achievements: RBS compressor unit, SPF muffler at the inlet, muffler at the outlet in combination with a sound-absorbing casing.

Easy access to any of the blower components:

• Easy lifting of the top guard, which is secured by gas shock absorbers, and removal of the front panel provides easy access for routine maintenance.
• Convenient and easy replacement of the SPF filter or inlet muffler.
• Daily oil level check – provided by two inspection windows on the front side of the unit.
• The oil is changed through the front panel (casing), which provides access to two oil tubes through which the lubricant is changed.
• Low load on bearings – provided by an automatic adjustment device that maintains the permissible level of belt tension.
• Simple belt replacement process that does not require any additional tools or accessories.
