Pet Master Series Oil-Free Piston Compressors (40 bar, 3.6-23 m³/min)

Dalgakiran Pet Master is a series of oil-free reciprocating compressors used in the production of PET containers, in the healthcare sector and in the food industry.

Pet Master oil-free compressors provide a continuous supply of compressed air with an operating pressure of 16 to 40 bar. The compressed air produced, which complies with ISO 8573-1 class 0, is oil-free, as it is not used to lubricate the compression system. The equipment has an integrated structure, which means it takes up relatively little space, is easy to install and adjust to the required operating mode.

The main characteristics and features of the Pet Master series compressors:

• capacity – 3-23^m3/min;
• working pressure – 16-40 bar;
• high-efficiency electric motor with a voltage of 400V / 3 phases / 50 Hz, IE-3 IP-55;
• a special no-load start system and an automatic unloading system for idle start.

For intercoolers and aftercoolers, stainless steel pipes are used, which are more efficient in terms of heat transfer and resistant to corrosion. The coolers are designed to transfer air through the pipes and water through the walls of the compressor casing. Thanks to this design, tube coolers are easy to maintain and have high performance. Energy savings are achieved through the use of a load/unload control system within specified limits.
