Low pressure compressors of the DKAB series

Dalgakiran is proud to present the DKAB series of low-pressure reciprocating air compressors, designed for mobile and stationary pneumatic conveying systems, which are now widely used for the transportation of bulk materials. The DKAB compressors have a maximum operating pressure of 3 bar (overpressure).

Compressor unit

• Cast iron crankcases for heavy duty applications
• Cast iron cylinders and pumps with cooling fins help prevent overheating of the system.
• Dynamically balanced and precisely manufactured crankshafts as well as cast iron counterweights extend the service life of the compressor. The special shaft centering reduces vibration and thus noise during operation.
• Lightweight pistons made of a special aluminum alloy and cast connecting rods are less sensitive to temperature changes. This not only reduces crankshaft wear, but also helps the compressor to operate even in the most demanding conditions.
• Cast concentric valves of a special design have proven to be very durable in high temperature applications.
• Compression and oil retaining rings are used to keep the air flow at a maximum and prevent oil leakage.
• Oil spray lubrication system.

Motor drive system

• Highly efficient 400 V / 3 phase / 50 Hz motors with IP55 protection.
• Direct drive mechanism with flexible coupling, located between the crankshaft and the main shaft of the engine.
• The compressor unit is efficiently cooled by a high-powered fan with direct connection to the engine main shaft.

Security system

• Pressure relief valve.
• Exhaust valve.
• Outlet pressure gauge.
• Oil level indicator.
• The intake air filter and its muffler.
• Protective cover in accordance with CE standards.

Options

• Moisture separator.
• Certified air receiver made of P265GH steel.
• Motor drive system with star-delta connection.
• Soft start device.
• The engine has an efficiency class of IE3.
• Ability to work with non-standard power supply parameters (except for 400 V / 3 phases / 50 Hz).
