Energy-saving screw compressors of the INVERSYS series are a solution for maintaining a constant compressed air pressure and reducing energy consumption depending on the compressed air flow rate due to a wide range of regulation.
The compressors are equipped with a special motor designed by Dalgakiran for heavy duty operation over the entire speed range. A high quality frequency converter controls the speed of the motor and cooling fans, which allows the compressor to maintain a constant operating temperature at which its efficiency is maximized.
Inversys Plus 5-315 Series with direct drive and variable speed drive
Dalgakiran introduces a series of direct-drive variable speed compressors. The compressor produces the amount of air required by the consumer. At the same time, a constant pressure in the network is maintained. There is no energy consumption in the “unloading” mode. Additional energy gain: when using a direct drive, there is no loss of mechanical energy inherent in a classic drive, such as a belt drive or a direct drive through a gearbox.

Screw block
Screw unit from the world’s leading manufacturers. The rotor profile ensures minimal losses. The driving rotor has four blades and the driven rotor has five cavities. This creates the shortest possible compression line and reduces internal leakage, so the customer receives the highest volume of compressed air. The new low-loss screw unit reduces torque and thus energy consumption.
Engine
The Inversys Plus series uses a motor specially designed for gearless operation. In variable speed operation, it is capable of continuous operation under load at the rated and minimum speeds allowed by the compression element, while maintaining torque at maximum pressure.
The motor, which has the highest level of efficiency, was specially developed for this series of equipment. The motor has a “Premium Efficiency” class, IP55 protection, insulation class F. The bearings are insulated and protected against electrical erosion. The rotor is also additionally grounded. As standard for all models over 22 kW, the motor is equipped with 3 PTC sensors for additional protection against high temperatures.
Drive system
- The frequency drive provides minimal starting loads on the electrical and mechanical parts. There are no restrictions on the number of starts, no current and torque surges at startup, which extends the service life of the drive mechanisms.
- A high-quality inverter is used to implement the frequency drive in production.
- All models use the same type of inverter built into the housing.
- Easy startup requires no additional settings. All settings are made from the compressor controller.
- Additional energy gain when using a direct drive. There is no mechanical energy loss, which is typical of a classic drive, such as a belt drive or direct drive through a gearbox. This type of drive also significantly reduces vibration and noise.
Suction system
Replacing the paper filter element is a low resistance fiberglass panel air pre-filter with a dry type, which eliminates the problem of dusting the environment. The air intake fan creates a turbo effect inside the unit, which provides cooling and increases the performance of the screw unit.
Separation of air and oil
Effective three-stage separation. The separator elements are designed for a long service life. The residual oil content in the compressed air is less than 3 mg/m3.
Cooling system
There is a series of air-cooled and water-cooled compressors. The air-cooled compressors are equipped with high-efficiency frequency-driven fans, which ensures that the compressor operates at a constant operating temperature in the optimum mode for the highest compression efficiency.

Vibratory supports
Special rubber vibration isolators prevent the compressor from vibrating during operation.
End oil-to-air cooler
Allows the compressor to operate in harsh climatic conditions. Aluminum cooler with high thermal conductivity. The increased size of the cooler was selected to ensure its stable operation even at high ambient temperatures.

Compact design
