Two-stage compression system using a robust screw unit
The two-stage propeller unit delivers up to 10% higher airflow rates, resulting in increased energy efficiency. No power loss due to the compact direct drive ensures efficient operation, while low rotor speeds contribute to longer service life and reduce noise and vibrations.
Electric motor
The IMPETUS VSD series motors feature an internal permanent magnet (IPM) and Ultra Premium IE5 energy efficiency class as well as Class F insulation. This ensures not only reliability but also low noise during operation. In addition, the motor bearings do not need to be lubricated, which is very convenient when using the equipment.
Air intake chamber and cooling system for the two-stage compressor
The air intake chamber has high acoustic characteristics to reduce noise. Isolated cold air intake contributes to its energy efficiency.
The cooling efficiency of compact air and oil heat exchangers is extremely high. The design is designed to operate at air temperatures up to 45°C. Oil and condensate separation system
