The TRA-TM is the most compact three-stage turbocharger model from ID TURBO COMPRESSOR (IHI-DALGAKIRAN). The TRA-TM series is characterized by energy and space savings, low operating costs and technological advantages compared to other turbochargers.

Simple and reliable design

The TRA-TM series centrifugal compressors consist of the following important components: a multiplier, main motor, interstage and final coolers, control panel and inlet air filter. All of these components are housed in one compact housing. This simple design reduces installation space and time requirements. The equipment is very reliable thanks to its robust cast-in-place compressor casing design with horizontal splitter and the selection of optimal basic parts (impellers, diffusers). These parts are designed in accordance with anti-wear technology, which ensures a long service life and stable operation of the equipment.

Three-stage compression effect

The TRA-TM series has a more compact and simple design than screw compressors. In addition, the turbocharger provides three-stage compression in the medium pressure range, which is not possible with screw compressors. Increasing the number of stages increases air compression performance and efficiency. The TRA-TM series provides significant cost savings compared to other manufacturers’ turbochargers and two-stage screw compressors due to its optimal aerodynamic design.
