The case has a corrosion-resistant coating and a layer of sound insulation.

The special design of the venturi tube prevents rapid pressure fluctuations and high-frequency vibration.

Screw block

The two-stage screw unit has a special coating on the rotors and rotor housing internals for minimum clearance and high performance. The Ultracoat coating is also highly resistant to high temperatures. This is especially important during long, continuous periods of operation.

The rotors are made of stainless steel to prevent the risk of corrosion and ensure a long service life.

The design uses synchronizing gears for contactless power transmission between the rotors.

The bearing system, developed using the latest technology, ensures long service life and vibration-free operation.

Cooling system

Two-stage cooling with stainless steel tube and finned pre-cooling system. It has an additional cooler with an aluminum plate and plate system. Optimal air circulation in the chamber keeps the motor and screw unit within the appropriate operating temperature range.

The cooling system is easy to maintain and clean – the panel filter is removable and washable.

Both air-cooled and water-cooled versions are available.

Inlet controllers

• Easy to maintain and reliable valves that are not affected by dirt and condensation;
• Hydraulic intake controls are more reliable and easier to maintain than pneumatic intake controls.

Separator

• Improved design for highly efficient water separation at the cooler outlet with minimal pressure loss;
• The energy-efficient electronic drainage system drains the water without loss before the compressed air enters the dryer.

Controller

A state-of-the-art controller that allows you to receive data on equipment operation and manage compressor settings through a display with a user-friendly interface.

• Without the need for an external master controller, it is possible to synchronize the operation of up to 5 compressors;
• The weekly scheduler for starting/stopping the machine at 3 different time intervals can be individually set for each day of the week;
• Dual PID function on the inverter – equipped models can run simultaneous PID for temperature and pressure;
• PID pressure on inverter-equipped models ensures energy-efficient operation by maintaining the pressure at the required level;
• The temperature PID on models equipped with an inverter controls the fan speed to maintain the highest efficiency of the screw unit at operating temperature;
• On models equipped with an inverter, all control data for the inverter and compressor are managed from a single point;
• ModBus internal communication;
• The alarm log records the last 20 alarms;
• Periodic maintenance warnings and log entries.

ISO certification

• The Eagle series compressors provide completely oil-free compressed air in accordance with ISO 8573-1 (Class 0) and have been tested and approved by TÜV Rheinland in Germany.
• The compressors have been performance tested in accordance with ISO 1217 Annex C and Annex E.

The higher cost of oil-free screw compressors compared to oil-filled ones is explained by the following factors:

• oil-free dry screw compressors have a lower compression efficiency (3.5 bar per stage), unlike oil-filled compressors, which requires the use of a two-stage compression element
• more high-precision equipment is required for the production of screw units
