Dalgakiran D-MAT and D-SEP Series Separators

Dalgakiran oil and moisture separators (separators) of the D-SEP and D-MAT series are designed to clean condensate from oil impurities before discharging it into the sewer. Condensate from compressors, dryers and compressed air filters is usually an emulsion consisting of liquid water, oil and solid particles. For efficient and environmentally friendly disposal, it must be separated into fractions.

The principle of operation of the D-SEP and D-MAT separators

A two-stage condensate filtration system using a carbon filter allows the outlet to produce water with an oil content of less than 10 mg/l (such water can already be discharged into the sewer).

A woven plastic fiber filter filters out large oil droplets, after which the emulsion passes through an activated carbon filter for finer filtration. The condensate can be supplied both under pressure and without overpressure. The separator has several connections for condensate supply and a control valve for condensate withdrawal for inspection.

The D-MAT PLUS series of separators has a three-stage condensate filtration system.
