Dalgakiran DBP Series Heated Desiccant Compressed Air Dryers

Industrial dryers of the DBP series with hot adsorbent regeneration are used in pneumatic systems with a high flow rate of dry compressed air.

In contrast to DA series adsorption dryers, where the adsorbent is regenerated by blowing it with dry air (about 15% of the produced volume), DBP series dryers regenerate the adsorbent using a blower and a highly efficient heater, which eliminates the use of valuable compressed air for dryer regeneration.

The fully automatic system uses a blower to extract the ambient air and pass it through the heater. Hot air above 200°C performs regeneration inside the adsorbent tower, completely removing all moisture.

The control system (Siemens PLC) monitors the dew point and regulates the heating/regeneration, thereby ensuring energy savings.
