DALGAKIRAN F are high-performance main line filters for cleaning compressed air from particles and oil at pressures up to 14 bar. Compressed air coming from a compressor can contain unwanted elements such as oil, dust and moisture. These contaminants cause damage to pneumatic equipment and pipelines and compromise the quality of the final product. The compressed air must be filtered before the final stage of production, which is what the F series filters are designed for. The filters can be equipped with 4 types of filter elements that provide a degree of air purification from particles ranging in size from 5 to 0.01 microns (oil droplets from 5 to 0.003 mg/m3). Thanks to the unique design of the housing, the compressed air flow is pre-separated. Dalgakiran filter elements provide low pressure loss. The filter is equipped with two external float condensate traps and a contamination indicator.
Float drainage system (condensate drainage)
External drainage is designed to remove liquid condensation from collection points in the compressed air system. A durable epoxy coating and corrosion-resistant internal anodized coating are required for a long service life.

G ½” is the size of the drainage outlet.
The F series filters use the M 1200 cartridge.
Class A should not operate under conditions of lubricant saturation.
Class A elements should be replaced periodically depending on the application, but at least once every six months.
Class A does not remove certain gases, including carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. Please consult a specialist if you are in any doubt about the concentration of these gases in your production facility.
All filters are suitable for use with mineral and synthetic oils.
