Diesel engines of the QSL9-G5, QSL9-G7 series

The presented line of Cummins C250D5e-C330D5e industrial electric generators with a capacity of 250 to 330 kVA (200-264 kW) is designed to supply power to enterprises, offices, workshops, production facilities and other objects. These units are equipped with QSL9G7 series diesel engines with a volume of 8.8 liters. According to the ISO8528 standard (alternators), the models in the line are divided into two types of versions according to the types of consumers:

• C250 D5e – C275 D5e, class G2 – main and emergency lighting, engineering systems (pumps, ventilation, elevators);
• C300 D5e – C330 D5e, class G3 – consumers with more stringent requirements for the generator output frequency and voltage, including telecommunication networks and thyristor equipment.

• ESP – backup, short-term, for different consumers (emergency, fire and other systems)
• LTP – a source with a time limit for use (up to several hours)
• PRP – primary power supply of main consumers with a permissible overload of 10%
• COP – long-term electricity supply to major consumers

The products are manufactured in accordance with the ISO9001 (ISO9002) quality standard and in compliance with Directive 2000/14/EC on the noise level of industrial and commercial installations.

• AC current, 50 Hz, 220/380 V (single and three-phase connection options)
• Noise level during operation of the equipment in open design – 96-97 dB
• Microprocessor control

Components of a Cummins stationary diesel generator:

• 6-cylinder turbocharged 4-stroke diesel engine, 2-stage air filters, StrataPore™ oil filters;
• PMG permanent magnet excitation system (optional) – for improved load acceptance and short circuit protection;
• alternator: stator 2/3 pitch, rotor – single bearing, insulation type H;
• radiator and cooling system;
• PowerCommand touch-button control panel;
• all-weather noise protection cover.
