Cummins Power industrial power generators are known worldwide for their reliability, compactness and integrated control system. The C170 D5e, C200 D5e and C220 D5e models are available with a capacity of 170, 200 and 220 kVA, AC 50 Hz, respectively, with QSB7 diesel engines.

Field of application

Cummins diesel power generators are designed for industrial and commercial use as backup and stand-alone power sources (in buildings and structures where there is no general power grid or its supply is difficult). Options for use according to ISO 8528:

• ESP (Emergency Standby Power) is a backup short-term supply of consumers with variable load (mainly utilities and emergency systems);
• LTP (Limited-time running power) is a short-term (limited in time to a few hours) power supply to major consumers;
• PRP (Prime power) is the main power source for consumers with variable load with permissible overloads within 10% (according to ISO 3046);
• COP (Continuous power) is a basic constant power generator for various consumers (main and auxiliary systems).

The C170 D5e – C200 D5e diesel generators belong to the G3 application class: in addition to conventional systems (lighting, ventilation, pumps, elevators), they are designed for consumers with strict requirements for voltage and frequency characteristics (telecommunications, thyristor devices, etc.).

Operating parameters and features of Cummins C170 D5e – C200 D5e generators

• Current – alternating, 50 Hz, 220 V, 1 phase (other modes are given in the specification)
• Regulation and possible voltage fluctuations ± 1%
• Frequency control – isochronous
• Engine: 4-stroke 6-cylinder single-row direct injection diesel engine with turbocharging, total displacement 6.69 liters. Filters: dry air (for heavy duty), porous-layer oil. Ignition – 12 V from the battery
• Alternator – 2/3 pitch stator, single-bearing rotor with flexible disk, air-cooled by a fan on the shaft, class H insulation
• Radiator cooling system
• Noise level during operation of the Cummins electric generator – 97-98 dB

The system is controlled via the PowerCommand panel with a 128 × 128 pixel LCD display and LED-backlit touch buttons.

Cummins diesel generators come with a 12-month warranty, and can be delivered in any way convenient for the customer throughout Ukraine. If necessary, our technicians will go to the site to carry out commissioning.
