Cooling towers used in cooling and ventilation systems are available with a capacity of 22000-700000 kcal/hour. The steel casing is made of sheet steel, its inner surface is galvanized, and the outer surface can be coated with epoxy paint.

The cooling towers are made of non-combustible plastic fill, with axial fans and a device to minimize water loss.

Body

It is maximally protected from harmful factors. As a standard, it is made of galvanized steel; on request, it can be made with an external epoxy coating.

Reservoir

Promotes optimal water circulation and smooth pump operation.

Recycled water tank

It helps to distribute recycled water over the surface of the plastic filler. It has special plastic spray nozzles inside.

Plastic filler

A special profile made of non-combustible material to increase the contact surface of water and air moving in a countercurrent.

Droplet eliminators (eliminators)

Made of plastic, the specially shaped eliminator prevents water from being carried away from the cooling tower.

Fan motor

It operates on a 380 V industrial power supply with a frequency of 50 Hz and transmits torque to the axial fans via a direct drive or belt drive.

Protective fan grille

Statically and dynamically balanced and made of corrosion-resistant steel, it prevents foreign objects from entering the fan blades.

Fume hood

Promotes better aerodynamics of air flow.

Fitting for recycled water supply

Water is supplied to the cooling tower through the connection.

Air inlet louvers

Distribute airflow at the inlet to the cooling tower.

Float

Mounted in the lower part of the casing to prevent overflow from the cooling tower.
