EBHP Series Chillers

DALGAKIRAN EBHP series water chillers are delivered to the warehouse or installation site fully assembled and ready for operation. The performance range of the compact water coolers of the EBHP series varies from 51.2 kW to 413.8 kW.

Compressor. Depending on the cooling capacity, the units are equipped with one or two semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors. The convenient location of the compressors allows for easy maintenance.

Capacitor. The air condenser is made of copper tubes with aluminum fins. Direct-drive axial fans provide high performance and low noise.

Evaporator. The shell-and-tube evaporator is made of special copper tubes rolled into steel tube grids. This design makes it possible to maintain and flush the removable tube assembly.

Electric control panel. The electrical panel is equipped with the required number of contactors, fuses and switches. The electrical panel is connected in accordance with EN 60204-1. Power supply is 3f/400V/50Hz.

Microprocessor. A microprocessor control system is used to control the operation of the units. The digital panel displays all the necessary data: inlet and outlet water temperature, refrigerant pressure in the suction and discharge lines, overheating, compressor operating time, all errors generated by the system, and the history of all failures. In addition, the microprocessor automatically regulates the operation of each compressor, ensuring efficient operation of the system.

Components of the refrigeration circuit. For the automatic operation of the unit, the following are used: a thermal expansion valve, a solenoid valve, a filter dehumidifier, a sight glass, check valves, pressure switches, and flow switches.
